HYROX is a unique fitness race that bridges the gap between endurance events and functional training. Whether you’re an experienced athlete or new to fitness, HYROX is scalable and accessible to everyone. The competition consists of eight different workout stations, each separated by a 1km run. These stations include challenges like the Ski Erg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, and more – all designed to push you to your peak performance.
